OTA RootKeeper protects Nexus7 rooting with OTA updates

If you receive an system OS update on a rooted Android device like Galaxy Nexus and Honeycomb and don't want to make it to be unroot mode, OTA RootKeeper app gives you a solution for installing any OTA update and then you can still completely install ROMs and mods, increase performance and customize the tablet or phone.

The app works perfectly and fast on my Nexus 7 without any issues after upgraded from Jelly Bean 4.1.1 to 4.1.2 via OTA update.

OTA RootKeeper requires /system partition as Ext2, Ext3 or Ext4. It is easy to use. The app makes a backup of your root device and protecte it. Just granting root access within it and tap on "Protect root" button. After updating your device via OTA update successfully, it will restore from backup. YOu can also temporarily non-root the device to do something using the app.
