Nexus 7 crashing when update to 4.1.1

My nexus 7 was pre-installed JB 4.1 and worked great out of the box. Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean just made itself available on the AOSP servers. Yesterday I received OTA update request to take it from 4.1 to 4.1.1. This new update weighs in at light 12.6MB. I accepted it and kept powering on. Then I had the strange issues.

The software started losing control and the screen got black with various shades of grey streaks. The screen visual interface also crashed. Finally I had a lockup/crash screen with lovely multicolours. Try holding the power button for 10 second, or vol-up + vol-dwn + power button, but still get the same problem. I think I need to reapply the stock 4.1 image and it is factory defective. However, my another N7 do that with no issues whatsoever.
