Fix Nexus 7 GPS not working issue
The GPS in my Nexus 7 only worked for a couple days and now no longer got a lock. When I am indoors and access Google Maps over WiFi, it endlessly finds a GPS signal, picks up three satellites, and drops them a second later. It shows "searching for GPS" notificationand a icon in the status bar blinks. I have the newest OTA update and turn Location services on with the tablet. However, my G2 gets GPS and pulles 10 satellites with no issue.
Today I find a a temporary solution and it works for me. From the screen, go to Settings and tap on Location Services. Untick the box with Google's location service and then tick it again.
