How to add custom words to Android Dictionary on Nexus 7


Android's users dictionary presents commonly used words for users, but many words are not present while texting, such as place names or many other proper nouns.  Here is this quick tutorial on how to  add custom words to Android dictionary on Nexus 7 tablet.

* Touch Setting on your device. Tap on the "Language & Input" option located under the Personal section.
* In the all the language options, tap on "Personal Dictionary" which is located near the top of the list.
* To add a new word to your dictionary, pressing the large "+" icon at the bottom of the screen. To remove one of the words, pressing the "x" icon next to it.

  1. How do you access the shortcut function when typing/swyping in an entry field?
    Trying to establish my email addresses as custom words.
